The identity of the speaker in our habit is as if there were a ringleader of suicide. our habit serves as the anthem for this theoretical suicide cult.
"One" leaving represents a member of the cult killing themselves.
The identity of "the common" is all of those outside this suicide cult—one might say those who are normal, functional members of society—those who say to kill oneself is selfish, refraining from even trying to empathize.
"Our habit" is the life the cult leads. When "we" recognize we've had enough, we end the pattern.
