poem

i've never been here before

but i know the ending

and this is how it goes.

you take my hands in yours
and
they stay there for a moment

then
you pull me closer
and with only a touch
you tell me everything will be okay

trust me.

i let go
your touch moves closer
and
slowly
i watch as your hands come into me

i look up to see you
gazing into me

i feel it

it's all coming back to me

your hands find a place to rest

where they belong

i feel them
cradling
this part of me you're meant to hold

i will repair you.

as we reach the ending
you may stay
you may leave

just know

i never let go.

about

There are two voices in this story.

In the video, they are shown as the text that fades in all at once and the other is the text that is revealed letter by letter.

Only once are these voices saying the same thing at the same time.

Do you know who is who?
